Kindergarten Camp is just around the corner!
Mon. July 16th - Thurs. July 19th. Here is everything you need to know! - There is no registration for camp, any child who is currently registered for Kindergarten at SES can attend camp - On the 1st day of camp parents should bring their child to the cafeteria to sign them in and be placed with their assigned group for the week - Drop off will be in the cafeteria each day at 9am (sign them in) - Pick up is also in the cafeteria at 12pm (sign them out) - Children should wear comfy clothes and tennis shoes, no open toes shoes - Kids should bring a light snack - Kindergarten Camp not mandatory but highly recommended 
Million Minute Challenge
Once again, Smyrna Stars are challenged to read for 1,000,000 minutes outside of school this year! We have great individual and class prizes! Reading logs are available from your child's teacher or here. You are welcome to send reading logs to the Media Center at any time!

Standard School Attire
What is standard school attire?
Students are dressed in a similar fashion, not necessarily the same exact clothes.
What will it do for our students?
Enables students to model appropriate dress that reflects a positive appearance, which will assist in the development of positive character and sense of pride.
Standard Dress Attire Options:
Shoes: Sneakers/Tennis Shoes Only - No exceptions!
Bottoms: BOYS - Khaki, navy or black pants or shorts. No denim allowed!
GIRLS - Khaki, navy or black pants, shorts, skirts, or jumpers. No denim allowed!
Khaki, navy or black leggings allowed.
No other skin tight fabrics allowed.
Tops: Any solid colored shirt with a collar.
Any solid sweater, turtleneck, or sweatshirt.
No stripes or patterns allowed.
No advertisements on any tops.
No T-shirts or tank tops allowed.
